Parsons è un nuovo giocatore dei Packers in cambio di 2 scelte al primo giro (2026 e 2027) e il DT Kenny Clark. Contestualmente all’approdo a Green Bay Micah ha firmato il nuovo contratto che lo rende il non QB più pagato nella NFL: 188 milioni di dollari per 4 anni, che fanno 47 milioni annui, dei quali 120 totalmente garantiti.
Parsons è stato selezionato per il Pro Bowl in ciascuna delle sue prime quattro stagioni ed è stato finalista per il titolo di Defensive Player of the Year della NFL per tre volte oltre a due volte All-Pro. Lui e Reggie White sono gli unici giocatori nella storia della NFL ad aver registrato almeno 12 sack in ciascuna delle loro prime quattro stagioni. I 52,5 sack di Parsons sono il quinto miglior risultato nelle prime quattro stagioni di un giocatore.
