Peyton Manning è stato eletto dalla rivista Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year per il 2013.
Il trentasettenne quarterback, nato a New Orleans, università a Tennessee con i Volunteers (un titolo SEC), professionista con gli Indianapolis Colts con i quali ha vinto il Super Bowl XLI (nominato MVP della partita) e attualmente ai Denver Broncos.
